This amazingly well-maintained museum has been a part of and is sometimes considered the heart of Philadelphia's rich history since the builders beat difficulties and challenges to get it up in 1826. Around the corner would be the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. A visit to Philadelphia is always one that takes you to the core of the American culture and independence.
