Racing the Boot
Week six of the Red Sox Racing League’s 2012 Season Two schedule brought league members to Watkins Glen, New York for the “Formula Libre Presents 24 Laps of Watkins Glen Boot.” The home track of Terry Daul and Scott Husted, the 3.4 mile, 12 corner course whose infield was known for an out of control atmosphere in the 60s and 70s is now a fan favorite because it offers some of the most dramatic racing on the schedule.
